Block Bookings

Refunds / Discounts / Carry Overs to another term are NOT offered on Block Bookings.

 

However if you miss a class I may be able to offer you a Catch Up place in another Face to Face Class during the same week or you can attend an Online Class instead (this can be carried over into another week within the half term block if required).​

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED

 

If I cancel a class I will reimburse or carry over the full cost of a single class.

One to One

​

If you cancel a class with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged for a full class.

 

​If you cancel before the 24 hour cut off I can offer another time-slot across the week (subject to availability).

 

If you have block booked I can carry over one single class to the next month if we can't find an alternative day in the same week. All block booked 1:1 classes must be taken within a 6 week period.
