GROUP PILATES
Group Classes in a Local Setting
Groups Classes give you the opportunity to develop your practice in a small and client focused session.
I keep my classes small so that I can offer individual guidance and modifications based on the needs of each client within the group.
ONLINE PILATES
Online Classes via Zoom
Online classes allow you to practise Pilates in the comfort of your own home and are ideal if you find it difficult to fit classes around work or childcare commitments.
Online classes are also a great way to practise with different members of your household.

ONE TO ONE PILATES
Your Home, My Studio or via Zoom
I offer one to one sessions to clients who want a more focused approach to their Pilates practice.
This can be particularly useful if you are recuperating after an injury as we will work together to create a personal program to support your recovery.
Or you may want to work at a faster pace and explore more challenging exercises and poses with one to one direction and guidance.
POSTNATAL PILATES
In Association with Busylizzy Live
Postnatal Pilates focuses on restoring the core and the pelvic floor after pregnancy and child birth.
In association with Busylizzy Live I offer Online Mummy and Me Postnatal Pilates.
Busylizzy also offer a packed timetable of Baby and Toddler sessions and other pre and post natal fitness classes.

TEAM PILATES
Working Out as a Team
Team Pilates can be a great way to add exercise to your Staff Wellbeing Program.
Practising Pilates as a team can help reduce workplace stress and can offer individual staff members support for work based problems such as back pain.
Pilates can also be a great a great way for sports teams to work together and deepen their core strength and flexibility.

PILATES IN THE PARK
Connecting with Nature
A unique opportunity to practice Pilates outside during the summer months.
There is something really special about lying on your mat in the sunshine whilst working through some classic Pilates moves and stretches.
These classes run through the school holidays and are subject to good weather conditions, keep an eye on my timetable for dates.
